Buyers participating in a Bid2Win Auction Company, (“Bid2Win”) acknowledge and
accept the following “Auction Terms & Conditions.” By registering to bid or by placing a
bid through any means, you agree to be bound by the following:
All purchasers are required to have a bidder’s number after giving their full name, address, and telephone number.
The bidder is responsible for knowing which item is up for bid. If he is unsure, he should inquire prior to the start of the auction or should not bid. If you are the winning bidder you have affected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item(s).
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of the seller. He also reserves the right to reject the bid of any person whose actions or adverse comments and/or prior transactions he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
All items are sold as is described in the listing. The photo(s) of the item is of the actual item you will bid on. Descriptions of items are believed to be correct, however, descriptions or any oral statements made by the auctioneer or his agents concerning any item shall not be construed as a warranty, either expressed or implied.
Lot Descriptions are believed to be described as accurately as possible and include detailed photographs as part of the condition statement, however, all property is sold “AS IS” with no representation or warranty of any kind from Bid2Win. Measurements are approximate and are provided mainly for shipping purposes. If you have any questions on an item(s) please call or email as late as the day before the live auction. The winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. All sales are final.
Estimates are provided only as a guide for prospective buyers. Bid2Win makes no representations or warranties regarding the value or anticipated selling price of any item.
Bid2Win reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction for any reason and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.
If the Internet stops working during an auction, the auctioneer has the right and sole discretion, to proceed with, or reschedule the auction.
The auctioneer has the right and sole discretion, to determine the conduct of the sale, without limitation, to advance the bidding, to reject any bid offered, to withdraw any lot, to reoffer and resell any lot, and to resolve any dispute in connection with the auction or sale.
All bidders will be charged a buyer’s premium of 25% (all forms of bidding including phone, absentee and internet bidding) of the hammer price of any lot. The total sales price of an item will be calculated as follows: the hammer price of the item, plus the buyer’s premium, plus 7% sales tax, (unless exempt), no sales tax will be charged if bidder provides Bid2Win with a copy of a valid Resale Certificate for Sales Tax”, plus 5% fee if payment is made via credit card.
A successful bidder’s invoice from Bid2Win Auction Company will require payment within 4 business days after the auction contacts you. Bidder credit cards may be charged 4 days after an invoice has been sent. If a buyer fails to contact Bid2Win Auction within 4 business days following the sale, the credit card used to secure the bid will be charged the amount of the invoice. Any invoice over $2,000 USD must be paid by Wire.
No items will be released for shipping until Bid2Win receives payment in full and all payments have cleared.
Buyers pay ALL Shipping, Insurance, and packaging costs. All items need to be paid for within 7 days of the end of the auction.
Bid2Win provide in-house shipping on smaller items’ if we can ship your item, your invoice will include a shipping charge. If not included in your invoice, you may arrange a third-party shipper.
After 30 days, unclaimed lots will be charged $1.00 per day per item from date of sale for storage.
